All bookings will be confirmed in writing, before the scheduled visit.

You have the right to cancel the booking at any time, or up to within 24 hours of the agreed booking date. You have the right to alter the timetable for the scheduled workshops or change the agreed date within 24 hours of the agreed booking date.

Payment On completion of our visit an invoice will be sent to the school with the agreed number of children taught, included in the invoice total. Our terms are strictly payment within 7 days from the date of our invoice.

If for any reason the outstanding invoice is not paid within 1 calendar month, we have the right to refuse to visit the school in question in future years.

Evaluation and Assessment It is our ongoing policy to re-evaluate our workshops, you may be asked to complete a simple tick-box questionnaire on the day of our visit.

We may ask the children in your school to complete a simple tick-box questionnaire on the day of our visit. This is so we may improve our workshops and asses the learning outcomes within the workshops.

We may use this statistical information expressed by numbers and percentages within our on-going research and publications. No names of schools, teachers or children will be published, in our on-going research papers, dissertations or doctrine of philosophy.

These terms and conditions are non negotiable and are accepted by you within the agreed booking of workshops, for your school.
